Aeolus Tyres has a history stretching back to 1965, when it was established as a specialized tyre factory in Jiaozuo, Henan Province, China. Over six decades, it has grown from a regional manufacturer into one of the most recognized tyre brands on the global stage. Today, Aeolus consistently ranks among the top 20 tyre manufacturers in the world, producing approximately 5.5 million tyres every year for a wide spectrum of vehicles and industries.

The brand made its international debut as an exporter in 1998 and entered the competitive European market in 2002 — a region where it has built a particularly strong reputation for reliability and value. In select European markets, Aeolus tyres carry the exclusive Aeolus by Heuver quality mark, reflecting the close partnerships the brand has cultivated with trusted distributors across the continent.

A Tyre for Every Application

One of Aeolus’s defining strengths is the sheer breadth of its product range. The company manufactures tyres across four major segments, each engineered to meet the demanding requirements of its respective application:

• Truck & Trailer Tyres: Aeolus radial truck tyres are a cornerstone of the brand’s lineup, designed for long-haul, urban, and mixed-road conditions. Available in an extensive range of sizes and profiles, these tyres are the original equipment choice for truck and bus manufacturers around the world.
• OTR (Off-the-Road) / Earthmoving Tyres: OTR tyres are historically the category where Aeolus first made its mark. The brand was the first factory in China to successfully produce giant bias OTR tyres, and it continues to supply earthmoving tyres for wheel loaders, dump trucks, graders, scrapers, articulated dumpers, and telescopic cranes.
• Agricultural Tyres: Aeolus’s agricultural tyre range is engineered for durability in the field. Built with high-quality carcasses and advanced rubber compounds, these tyres serve tractors, towed agricultural equipment, mobile excavators, and telescopic handlers, delivering the wear resistance and load capacity that farming applications demand.
• Passenger Vehicle Tyres (Ace Series): Through its Ace series, Aeolus brings the same commitment to quality and value into the passenger car segment. The range covers HP, UHP, SUV, light truck, and eco-friendly options — produced in a dedicated passenger car facility and compliant with all relevant EU standards.

Engineering & Innovation

Aeolus invests heavily in research and development, maintaining a dedicated R&D center with hundreds of specialists. Among its notable engineering achievements is the Three Sandwich Belts Spiral Technology — an innovative tyre construction that combines three sandwich belts with a 0° spiral belt for enhanced even wear, longer tyre life, increased retreadability, and improved handling and comfort. The company also formed a significant technology collaboration with Pirelli, which has been instrumental in elevating the quality of its truck and bus radial range.

Aeolus has also been a leader in green manufacturing, adopting environmentally conscious production processes that include low-temperature mixing, nitrogen curing, and the use of eco-friendly raw materials — ensuring its tyres meet strict international environmental standards.
