Product Details

The Wehrli Custom Fabrication WCF100240 is a premium ARP bolt kit engineered specifically for 2001-2016 Duramax up pipes and LB7 turbo down pipes. This high-performance fastener upgrade replaces aging factory hardware that is prone to seizing and breaking during service.

Key Features:

  • 6 high-strength 12-point ARP fasteners with matched washers
  • Includes ARP assembly lube for proper installation
  • Designed for connecting up pipes to exhaust manifolds and turbocharger pedestal
  • Also compatible with LB7 down pipe to turbo exhaust outlet connection
  • Recommended torque specification: 54 ft-lbs
  • Replaces OEM GM part number 11611132

This kit addresses a common failure point on 6.6L Duramax engines where factory fasteners seize or break in the manifolds, pedestal, or turbine housing. Each kit includes hardware for one up pipe installation—purchase two kits when installing a complete pair of up pipes. A simple yet effective upgrade that provides peace of mind and improved serviceability for both stock and modified diesel trucks.

Quick and easy

Honestly, I was leery about ordering from your site based on other reviews. However, my products were shipped quickly and the website was easy to use. I was kept up to date with shipping information via emails. Pricing of the shipping seemed a little high and the bottles I received were dusty, but nothing I couldn't wipe off, but the packer could have done that too. Happy because husband really likes this product, but has been unable to find it in local stores.

I was happy with my experience. The shipping process was pretty fast but i did not get a email stating that my package was delivered.

Quick and easy. Great prices!
