Product Details

The ACL Race Series main bearings are engineered for high-performance and racing applications where standard bearings fall short. These bearings feature ACL's advanced tri-metal construction with a hardened steel backing, high-strength copper-lead intermediate layer, and a specialized overlay designed to withstand extreme loads and temperatures.

Key Features:

  • Race Series design for competition and high-performance engines
  • Tri-metal construction for superior strength and durability
  • 0.25mm undersize for precision crankshaft fitment
  • Enhanced oil retention grooves for improved lubrication
  • Precision machined to tight tolerances for optimal bearing crush
  • High-temperature overlay resists fatigue and wear
  • Ideal for forced induction, nitrous, and high-RPM applications

ACL Race Series bearings are the choice of professional engine builders and racers worldwide. The 0.25mm undersize specification allows for proper clearancing when working with reground crankshafts or achieving optimal oil film thickness in precision builds.

I was apprehensiveness at first to make a major purchase with Autoplicity due to their extremely low price and lack of reviews. I decided to take the chance and I am very glad I did. I made my order on a Monday morning at 0900 eastern time and my product arrived on Wednesday at 3pm. The item was exactly as described and the most astonishing part is that my purchase was released from the factory less than 45 days ago. I was expecting a model that had been sitting on a shelf for the last year and needed to be updated. That was not the case. I will definitely order from Autoplicity again in the future.
