Cusco 977 540 A Type OS Front Strut Tower Bar

The Cusco 977 540 A Type OS Front Strut Tower Bar is a precision-engineered chassis reinforcement component designed to reduce body flex and improve handling characteristics. This two-point strut tower brace connects the front shock towers to increase chassis rigidity, resulting in enhanced steering response and reduced body roll during cornering.

Key Features:

• Type OS (Oval Shaft) design with lightweight aluminum center bar featuring an engineered oval cross-section for optimal strength-to-weight ratio
• Steel end plate brackets finished in signature Cusco blue for precise vehicle-specific fitment
• Type-1 bar shape configuration specifically designed for application compatibility
• Simple bolt-on installation requiring no modifications or drilling
• Reduces chassis flex and maintains suspension geometry under load
• Improves steering precision and overall driving confidence

This front strut tower bar reinforces the connection between strut towers, creating a more structurally rigid chassis that allows suspension components to work more effectively. The result is improved road feedback, reduced alignment changes over time, and enhanced vehicle stability during aggressive driving or daily commuting. Manufactured by Cusco Japan, a leader in motorsports-derived performance components with decades of racing heritage.
