The EBC SG2FK006 is a replacement cast iron friction ring designed for use with EBC's fully-floating 2-piece front brake disc system. Featuring EBC's SD-Drive floating technology, these disc rings are engineered for demanding street and track performance, offering superior thermal management and long-term durability.

• Fully floating design — the cast iron ring floats on EBC's patented SD-Drive bobbins, allowing up to 3mm of free expansion and contraction under extreme braking heat, preventing warping and cracking
• 48 directionally handed curved vanes — handed left and right to ensure vanes always rotate in the correct direction for maximum cooling efficiency and to help delay the start of brake fade
• High-copper, high-carbon G3500 disc alloy — premium cast iron material with superior thermal conductivity and heat-cycling durability for exceptional wear resistance, even under hard track use
• Swept-groove friction surface — promotes consistent pad contact, improved bite, and effective debris evacuation
• Rotor thickness: 32mm new / 30mm minimum
• Front axle position — sold as a pair (left and right)
• Replaceable friction ring — when the ring wears out, only the outer ring needs replacing; the aluminum bell and stainless bobbins can be reused, reducing long-term running costs
