The Baer Brakes 4262324C SS4+ Deep Stage is a rear drag race brake system engineered specifically for Ford 9-inch small bearing rear axle applications. Designed for heavy, fast vehicles that may also see street use, this system delivers serious stopping power in a compact package sized to fit most 15-inch and larger wheels.

At the heart of this system is Baer's compact S4 four-piston caliper, finished in a durable clear powdercoat. The caliper features stainless steel pistons and DOT-compliant dust and weather seals for reliable performance on and off the strip. A square seal design causes the pistons to retract immediately when brake pressure is released—a critical advantage for drag racing applications where minimizing pad drag directly translates to elapsed time.

The system pairs the S4 caliper with an 11-inch two-piece slotted, drilled, and zinc-plated rotor featuring a directionally vaned design for improved cooling and durability. The rotor hat is machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum with a black anodized finish for lightweight strength and corrosion resistance, secured with high-grade U281 fine-thread stainless hardware with captured nuts.
