The Wehrli Custom Fabrication S300 Single Turbo Install Kit provides everything needed to upgrade your 2001-2004 Chevrolet Silverado/GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD with 6.6L LB7 Duramax from the factory IHI turbo to a larger Borg Warner S300 frame turbocharger. This comprehensive kit replaces restrictive factory components with high-flow fabricated aluminum pieces finished in WCFab Grey powder coating.

Complete Air Intake System:

• 4-inch fabricated aluminum intake pipe constructed from 14-gauge mandrel bent tubing
• Heavy-duty air box and lid made from 10-gauge aluminum sheet metal
• Premium dry media air filter with Outerwear's pre-filter cover
• Upgraded high-flow 3-inch fabricated billet Y-bridge intake manifold

Intercooler Piping and Hardware:

• 3-inch hot side and cold side intercooler pipes with mandrel bends
• Silicone boots and stainless steel T-bolt clamps
• V-band clamps for secure connections
• Heat wrap included for thermal management

Turbo Mounting and Oil System:

• T4 turbo pedestal with mounting hardware
• High-quality stainless steel braided Parker oil feed and drain lines with fittings
• Oil feed line routes from main oil galley on engine block

Exhaust and Additional Components:

• 3-inch downpipe with high-temp coating that mates to factory exhaust flange

Important Installation Notes: This kit requires a forward-facing thermostat housing (WCF100405 or modified OEM pipe WCF100797) for proper clearance, as the OEM coolant feed port will interfere with the larger intake.
