This single fixed vane turbocharger install kit from WCFab for 2001-2004 Chevy Silverado 2500 / 3500 HD trucks contains what you need to swap from your stock IHI style turbo to a larger frame Borg Warner S300 style setup on a 6.6L LB7 Duramax diesel engine. The comprehensive kit replaces restrictive factory components with high-flow aluminum piping and a fabricated intake system, delivering maximum horsepower and efficiency gains. This complete turbo installation package comes powder coated in Gloss White finish.

• 4" fabricated aluminum intake with heavy duty sheet metal air box and high performance dry filter with pre-filter cover
• Intercooler hot and cold side charge pipe plumbing updated to high flow 3" diameter mandrel bent 14 gauge aluminum tubes
• Upgraded high flow 3" fabricated billet y-bridge kit which replaces the restrictive stock upper intake manifold
• High-quality stainless steel braided Parker oil lines with oil feed line routing from the main oil galley on the engine block
• T4 pedestal with hardware for S300 turbo mounting
• Down pipe designed to connect with exhaust system V-Band and clamp, simplifying installation without cutting the exhaust system
• Includes Driver Side Transmission Dipstick Tube, making installation of the down pipe easier
• Complete with silicone boots, T-bolt clamps, V-band clamps, and heat wrap

Important Installation Notes:

• You MUST use a WCFAB Billet forward-facing thermostat housing Kit WCF100405 together with this kit to complete the installation due to clearance issues with the OEM coolant feed port
• Down pipe features HX40 style flange connection at the turbo, as this style offers the best seal, alignment, and easiest install
• Turbo not included - kit designed for S300-based turbochargers
• Professional installation by a qualified diesel performance shop recommended
