The Wehrli Custom Fabrication S400 Single Turbo Installation Kit is a comprehensive solution for upgrading your 2001-2004.5 Chevrolet 6.6L LB7 Duramax to an S400-based turbocharger system. This complete kit replaces all OEM plumbing and Y-bridge components with high-flow 3-inch diameter piping for maximum airflow and performance gains.

Kit Includes:

• 5-inch intake system with fabricated air box and lid constructed of 10-gauge aluminum sheet
• 14-gauge mandrel bent aluminum intake piping
• Premium dry media air filter with Outerwear's pre-filter cover
• T4 turbo pedestal and spacer with mounting hardware
• Stainless steel oil feed and drain lines with fittings
• 3-inch fabricated high-flow Y-bridge
• 3-inch hot side and cold side intercooler pipes
• Turbo downpipe with V-band connection (designed for half Marmon style S400 exhaust outlet)
• Silicone boots and T-bolt clamps

Technical Specifications:

• Turbo downpipe features 4.6-inch diameter flat flange compatible with half Marmon style S400 exhaust outlets
• NOT compatible with HX40 style exhaust outlet flanges
• Downpipe designed to connect with exhaust system using V-band and clamp for simplified installation
• Available in WCFab Red powder coat finish and multiple custom color options
• Professional TIG welded construction throughout

Important Installation Notes:

• Turbo not included - kit designed for S400-based turbochargers
• Requires WCFab billet forward-facing thermostat housing kit or modified OEM pipe due to larger turbo intake clearance requirements
• Race cover style or SXE turbochargers require forward-facing VAN style thermostat housing (sold separately)
