The SCT Performance 23400 X4 Power Flash Programmer is a handheld OBD-II performance tuner designed for GM vehicles. It connects directly to your vehicle's OBD-II port and reprograms the powertrain control module (PCM) to unlock hidden horsepower, torque, improved throttle response, firmer transmission shifts, and better fuel efficiency — all without requiring a laptop or professional installation.

The X4 arrives pre-loaded with dyno-proven, street-tested tune files developed by SCT's expert calibrators. A large, full-color backlit LCD screen makes navigating menus, monitoring live engine data, and reviewing datalogs straightforward and easy to read. The device also stores up to 10 custom tune files sourced from SCT-authorized custom tuning dealers, giving you the flexibility to run multiple performance profiles.
