Victor 11-53-7-830-709 Engine Coolant Pipe O-Ring Gaskets & Seals

The Victor 11-53-7-830-709 is a precision-engineered engine coolant pipe O-ring designed to seal the water pipe connection to the engine coolant transfer pipe along the side of the engine block and thermostat housing. This critical sealing component prevents coolant leaks at the junction where metal or plastic coolant pipes meet the engine components.

Key Features:

• Precision-molded to OEM coolant pipe O-ring dimensions for proper fit and sealing
• Manufactured from heat and chemical-resistant materials capable of withstanding high temperatures, pressure, and coolant exposure
• Designed with a circular cross-section to fit snugly in the groove between pipe and engine connections
• Direct replacement for OEM part number 11537830709 / 11-53-7-830-709
• Essential replacement component for preventing coolant system leaks

This O-ring is a critical maintenance item that should be replaced whenever coolant pipes are disconnected or serviced. Over time, exposure to heat and coolant can cause O-rings to become flattened, cracked, or hardened, compromising their sealing ability. Installing a new O-ring ensures a leak-free connection and maintains cooling system integrity. Light lubrication with coolant during installation helps prevent tearing or pinching for optimal sealing performance.
