I ordered some u bolts for my truck and needed them shipped immediately. I called Autoplicity and confirmed they had them in stock and could ship overnight or even 2 day. They confirmed 2 day was not a problem. I then placed my order and had paid for 2 day shipping. I received an order confirmation saying they were shipped UPS ground (4-7 days). I called immediately and was told they could do nothing to fix the order. I suggested that new u bolts be overnighted to me to make up for AUTOPLICITY'S MISTAKE and I would return the late arriving ones when they showed up. They said they couldn't do that as it wasn't in their policy. Absolute BS. Because of this MISTAKE by AUTOPLICITY i wasn't able to drive home for christmas to be with my family. I had to wait 8 days for the u bolts that I paid for 2 day shipping for to arrive. After 3 different phone calls asking to speak with supervisors, 2 of which resulted in being hung up on or placed on hold for 45 mins I was finally given a return for the $42.90 i paid in shipping fees. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
