Vibrant 12190 90 Degree Tight Radius Aluminum Mandrel Bend 3.5" OD

The Vibrant Performance 12190 is a precision-engineered 90-degree tight radius aluminum mandrel bend designed for custom exhaust and intake piping applications. This mandrel-bent tube features a 3.50-inch outer diameter and maintains consistent wall thickness throughout the bend, eliminating internal restrictions that can reduce flow.

Key Features:

• 90-degree tight radius bend for compact routing in tight spaces
• 3.50-inch outer diameter tubing
• Mandrel-bent construction maintains inner diameter throughout the bend
• T6061 aluminum construction for excellent strength-to-weight ratio
• Smooth interior surface for optimal airflow
• Ideal for custom exhaust systems, turbo piping, and intake fabrication

Vibrant Performance mandrel bends are manufactured to exacting tolerances and feature a bright polished finish that can be welded or used as-is. The tight radius design allows for maximum flexibility when designing custom piping routes in engine bays with limited clearance.
