Product Details

The Sumitomo HTR Z5 is a summer ultra-high performance passenger car tire engineered to deliver exceptional grip, responsive handling, and confident wet-weather performance. Designed for sports cars, performance sedans, and luxury vehicles, this tire combines advanced compound technology with an optimized tread design to provide drivers with predictable high-speed stability and precise steering response.

Key Features:

  • Advanced Tread Compound: Specially formulated rubber compound enhances traction and provides quick, powerful braking on wet surfaces
  • Wide Circumferential Grooves: Deep grooves efficiently evacuate water from the contact patch to enhance wet road traction and boost hydroplaning resistance
  • Optimized Tread Rigidity: Strategic tread block design and construction provide predictable high-speed stability and confident cornering performance
  • Y Speed Rating: Rated for sustained speeds up to 186 mph, ideal for performance-oriented driving
  • 255/35ZR20 Size: Fits 20-inch wheels with aggressive fitment for modern performance vehicles

The HTR Z5 line offers more than 50 sizes ranging from 17 to 20 inches, providing excellent coverage across the ultra-high performance segment. This tire is designed exclusively for warm-weather use and should not be driven in near-freezing temperatures, ice, or snow conditions.
