BMC FB01048 High-Flow Replacement Panel Air Filter Oiled Cotton Gauze

The BMC FB01048 is a high-performance replacement panel air filter engineered as a direct drop-in upgrade for the factory airbox. Built using BMC's proprietary Full Moulding production process, the filter is formed from a single mould with no welded joints, eliminating potential weak points and ensuring long-term durability under demanding conditions.

The multi-layered cotton gauze filtering element is pre-soaked with low-viscosity oil and protected by an epoxy-coated alloy mesh, delivering superior filtration efficiency and resistance to petrol fumes and humidity-induced oxidization. This construction captures contaminants down to 7 microns — finer than the 10-micron threshold of a typical OEM paper filter — while simultaneously allowing increased airflow into the engine.

Key Features:

• Direct OEM replacement — installs in the factory airbox with no modifications required
• Multi-layered oiled cotton gauze construction for improved airflow and filtration
