BMC FB994/01 Replacement Panel Air Filter for 2012-2015 Acura ILX 2.4L

The BMC FB994/01 is a high-performance replacement panel air filter designed specifically for 2012-2015 Acura ILX models equipped with the 2.4L engine. BMC air filters are manufactured in Italy using a multi-layered oiled cotton gauze design that provides superior airflow and filtration compared to standard paper filters.

Key Features:

• Direct OE fitment replacement for factory air filter
• Multi-layered oiled cotton gauze construction for maximum airflow
• Washable and reusable design for long-term cost savings
• Pre-oiled and ready to install right out of the box
• Full molded rubber frame ensures proper seal and prevents unfiltered air bypass
• Improves throttle response and engine performance
• Lifetime warranty with proper cleaning and maintenance

BMC filters use a full molded rubber frame rather than the traditional epoxy-coated paper frame found in disposable filters. This design provides a more secure seal in the airbox and greater durability. The cotton gauze media can be easily cleaned with BMC cleaning kit and re-oiled for years of continued use, making it an environmentally friendly alternative to disposable filters.
