BMC FB827/20 High-Flow Performance Panel Air Filter

The BMC FB827/20 is a high-performance drop-in replacement panel air filter engineered to install directly into the vehicle's factory airbox in place of the OEM filter. Built using BMC's proven cotton gauze filtration technology, this filter is designed to deliver increased airflow and superior filtration efficiency compared to a standard paper element.

Key Features:

• Multi-layer cotton gauze construction — pre-oiled cotton gauze media is soaked in low-viscosity oil for enhanced particle capture
• Epoxy-coated alloy mesh — outer mesh layer provides protection against fuel fumes and oxidization caused by air humidity
• Superior filtration — captures contaminants as small as 7 microns, compared to the OEM standard of 10 microns
• Full Moulding construction — the signature red filter frame is produced as a single mould with no welded joints, reducing breakage risk and ensuring a consistent, long-lasting airbox seal
• Durable rubber surround — long-life rubber gasket provides optimum adhesion and sealing across varying airbox shapes
• Washable and reusable — filter can be cleaned and re-oiled using the appropriate BMC regeneration kit, offering a cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to disposable paper filters
• Pre-oiled and ready to install — no additional preparation required out of the box

The BMC FB827/20 is a direct OEM-style replacement that installs in minutes with no modifications. Regular maintenance with a BMC regeneration kit keeps the filter performing at its best over an extended service life.
