Milton Industries S2200-8 1/8" MNPT 3/8" OD Push to Connect Straight Tube Fitting

The Milton Industries S-2200-8 is a 1/8" MNPT x 3/8" OD nylon push-to-connect straight tube fitting designed for fast, tool-free installation of air lines in garage and shop environments. Simply push the tubing into the fitting for a secure, leak-free connection — no gluing, threading tools, or special equipment required.

The 360-degree swivel design allows for flexible routing of air lines, while the push-to-release mechanism makes the fitting fully reusable. Just press the collar sleeve inward to release the tubing whenever repositioning or reconfiguration is needed.

Key Features:

• Thread Size: 1/8" Male National Pipe Thread (MNPT)
• Tube OD: 3/8" outside diameter
• Maximum Working Pressure: 150 PSI
• Seal Material: Buna-N (nitrile rubber) for reliable air-tight sealing
• Construction: Nylon body for lightweight, corrosion-resistant performance
• 360° Swivel: Simplifies routing and reduces hose strain
• Tool-Free Installation: Push-to-connect and push-to-release mechanism
• Reusable: Easily disconnect and reconnect without damaging the fitting or tubing

The S-2200-8 provides maximum airflow and faster connections compared to traditional compression-style fittings, making it an ideal choice for pneumatic air line systems in automotive workshops, industrial facilities, and home garages.
