Suncoast Automotive Performance SC-23618C1-20 is a 2,000 RPM stall, Category 1 Triple Disc Billet Torque Converter designed for Dodge 47RE and 48RE automatic transmissions. Engineered and manufactured in-house by SunCoast, this converter is purpose-built for heavy-duty towing and hauling applications, delivering improved vehicle response and long-term reliability.

The SC-23618C1-20 features a CNC-machined billet piston that houses the three-disc lockup clutch assembly, applying force to a custom CNC-machined forged billet cover. Unlike conventional billet converters, this design resists flex under load for consistent clamping force. A custom-designed billet stator improves torque multiplication and efficiency before lockup.
