GPD 1412043 A/C Receiver Drier with OE Desiccant

The GPD 1412043 is a direct-fit replacement A/C Receiver Drier engineered for Ford Focus models. The receiver drier (also commonly referred to as a receiver/drier or A/C drier) is a critical component of the vehicle's air conditioning system, responsible for removing moisture, debris, and contaminants from the refrigerant to protect compressors, expansion valves, and other downstream components from damage.

Key Features:

• Contains OE-quality desiccant for superior moisture absorption
• Direct-fit replacement — designed to meet or exceed OE fit, form, and function
• Durability tested on every new design to ensure long-term reliability
• Protects A/C system components by filtering moisture and contaminants from refrigerant
• Manufactured by GPD (Global Parts Distributors), a trusted aftermarket HVAC parts supplier since 1974

The receiver drier must be replaced every time the A/C system is opened for service. Failure to replace the drier during A/C repairs can introduce moisture into the newly serviced system, leading to premature component failure. Installing this GPD unit ensures the integrity and longevity of your vehicle's entire air conditioning system.
