INA EA0086 Overrunning Alternator Pulley

The INA EA0086 Overrunning Alternator Pulley (OEM 5350086100) is a precision-engineered accessory drive component designed to enhance alternator performance and extend the service life of your vehicle's belt drive system. This advanced OAP (Overrunning Alternator Pulley) represents a significant upgrade over traditional rigid belt pulleys by incorporating specialized internal mechanisms that dampen vibrations and minimize rotational irregularities.

Key Features:

• Allows rotational movement to dampen vibrations from crankshaft irregularities
• Extends service life of all accessory drive components including belts and tensioners
• Reduces noise and vibration for smoother, quieter operation
• Increases alternator efficiency and reduces fuel consumption
• Corrosion-resistant surface treatment for long-lasting durability
• Protective plastic cap shields against dirt and contamination
• OEM-quality construction from INA, a leading Schaeffler Group brand

By absorbing tension peaks in the poly V-belt system, this overrunning alternator pulley prevents slippage and premature wear on drive components. The one-way clutch mechanism allows the pulley to freewheel during rapid deceleration, protecting the alternator from damaging reverse loads. INA has manufactured over 120 million OAPs worldwide, making them a trusted original equipment supplier to major automotive manufacturers.
