OE Pro 91130230106 Synchro Ring for Porsche 901/915 Manual Transmission

The OE Pro 91130230106 is a precision-engineered synchronizer ring designed for Porsche 901 and 915 manual transmissions. This critical transmission component synchronizes the speed of the transmission with the drivetrain before shifting, allowing gears to engage smoothly without grinding.

Key Features:

• 70mm diameter synchro ring for reliable gear engagement
• Manufactured to meet or exceed OE specifications for proper fit and function
• Compatible with all gears on 901 transmissions (1965-1971 Porsche 911, 912, and 1970-1976 Porsche 914)
• Fits 3rd, 4th, and 5th gears on 915 transmissions (1974-1986 Porsche 911)
• Friction ring design prevents gear grinding and ensures smooth shifts
• Direct replacement for Porsche part numbers 911.302.301.06, 911-302-301-06

Synchro rings are essential wear items in manual transmissions. When synchros begin to wear down, gears engage at different speeds causing grinding. Replacing worn synchro rings at the first sign of grinding prevents more costly damage to dog teeth and sliders. Each transmission typically requires 3 to 5 synchro rings depending on configuration.
