Power Stop KC2564A Z23 Evolution Sport Drilled & Slotted Rotor, Caliper & Carbon-Fiber Ceramic Pad Brake Kit

The Power Stop KC2564A Z23 Evolution Sport Brake Upgrade Kit with Powder Coated Calipers is a complete, bolt-on disc brake solution engineered to deliver meaningful stopping power improvements for daily-driven cars, trucks, and SUVs. This all-inclusive kit arrives with everything needed for a straightforward brake job — no sourcing individual components, no modifications required.

Z23 Carbon-Fiber Ceramic Brake Pads

Power Stop's proprietary Z23 carbon-fiber ceramic compound significantly enhances braking performance versus traditional ceramic brake pads. The low-dust formulation — validated through third-party on-vehicle testing — keeps wheels cleaner on average 30% less dust compared to OE pads. Dual-layer rubberized shims insulate against noise for virtually silent, fade-free braking without sacrificing everyday drivability.

Drilled, Slotted & Zinc Plated Rotors

Rotors are cast from G3000 metallurgy to strict OE tolerances for a true bolt-on fit. Precision cross-drill holes maximize rotor cooling to keep brake temperatures in check under demanding conditions, while rounded slots wipe away gas and debris for a consistent, clean contact patch. Silver zinc dichromate plating protects against rust and corrosion for long-lasting performance and a sharp appearance behind open wheels.

Red Powder Coated Calipers

All calipers are powder coated, professionally assembled, inspected, and pressure tested at Power Stop's Chicago, IL facility. The durable red powder coat finish resists rust and corrosion while adding a distinctive, high-performance look behind your wheels.
