Power Stop KC1149 Evolution Sport Brake Kit with Drilled Slotted Rotors and Powder Coated Calipers - Z23

The Power Stop KC1149 Z23 Evolution Sport Brake Upgrade Kit is a complete, bolt-on braking solution engineered for daily drivers who demand more than stock performance. This all-inclusive kit delivers everything needed for a full brake upgrade, including Z23 Carbon-Fiber Ceramic brake pads, drilled and slotted rotors, red powder coated performance calipers, and premium stainless-steel installation hardware — no modifications required.

Key Features:

• Z23 Carbon-Fiber Ceramic Brake Pads — Proprietary carbon-fiber ceramic compound significantly enhances stopping power over traditional ceramic pads while maintaining everyday drivability. Low-dust formula validated through third-party on-vehicle testing.
• Dual-Layer Rubberized Shims — High-temp rubberized shims provide superior noise insulation for virtually silent braking.
• Drilled & Slotted Rotors with Silver Zinc Dichromate Plating — Precision cross-drill holes maximize rotor cooling during extreme braking conditions, while rounded slots wipe away gas and debris to maintain a clean, consistent contact patch. Zinc plating provides long-lasting protection against rust and corrosion.
• Red Powder Coated Performance Calipers — Assembled and tested calipers feature a durable powder coat finish that resists corrosion and extends caliper life, with a bold red finish that stands out behind open wheels.
• Complete Hardware Kit — Includes stainless-steel installation hardware and high-temperature ceramic brake lubricant for a straightforward, no-fuss installation.
• Bolt-On Fitment — Rotors are cast using G3000 metallurgy to strict OE tolerances, ensuring a perfect fit with no modifications necessary.

The Z23 Evolution Sport kit is purpose-built for the daily driver who occasionally pushes their brakes hard. Components are engineered as a matched system — pads, rotors, and calipers working together to maximize stopping power, minimize dust and noise, and outlast OE brake components. Whether upgrading from worn factory parts or seeking a meaningful performance improvement, the KC1149 delivers a complete solution in a single kit.
