The Wilwood DynaPro Narrow Lug Mount (DPN) forged billet caliper delivers pure race technology engineered for tight-clearance applications. Built with a sleek, fully detail-machined profile, this caliper is available in Wilwood's Type III anodize finish or enhanced with black or red powder coat for added durability and appearance.

Stress-Flow Forged Construction:

The DPN caliper is stress-flow forged from premium grade billet aluminum, a process that realigns the grain structure of the metal to follow the contour of the body design. This produces significantly superior strength compared to calipers simply machined from straight-grained billet blocks. The result is a lighter, stronger caliper body with exceptional resistance to fatigue under high-stress braking conditions.

FEA-Optimized Body Design:

The finite element analysis (FEA) generated body features a highly fortified radial transition that eliminates steps and shoulders between the piston housings and bridges. This critical radius dramatically increases resistance to deflection and caliper body separation under load. Structural deflection and volume displacement testing confirm reductions in overall flex and fluid volume displacement — translating to increased clamping efficiency, less pedal travel, and a firm, responsive brake pedal.

GOOD EXPERIENCE

This muffler assy. fit my basic 1988 Toyota truck with 103 inch wheel base perfectly. Installed very easily and worked quite well. Installation note: after removal of the old assy. remove the two muffler rubber suspension hangers that are above and near the axle. Install them on the muffler hangers first, then install the assy. Will make the installation much easier.
