Product Details

The Facet 7.6341 is a premium reversing light switch (also known as a backup light switch) designed to activate your vehicle's reverse lights when the transmission is shifted into reverse gear. This critical safety component ensures proper illumination of the area behind your vehicle during backing maneuvers and parking operations.

Key Features:

  • Direct replacement for Subaru OEM part numbers 32005AA051, 32005AA052, and 32005AA053
  • Manufactured by Facet, a leading European aftermarket supplier of engine management components
  • OE-matching quality construction for reliable performance and durability
  • Designed with sealed construction to protect against moisture and contaminants
  • Proper electrical continuity when transmission is in reverse position

The switch mounts directly to the transmission housing and functions by completing an electrical circuit when the transmission selector mechanism engages reverse gear. This signal activates the vehicle's backup lighting system. Installation involves locating the switch on the transaxle, disconnecting the electrical connector, removing the old switch, and installing the new unit with proper torque specifications.

Cross Reference Numbers: KW 560341, EPS 1.860.341, Intermotor 54995, Blue Print ADS71480, Lucas SMJ5055
