Vortex CK6451 HFRS 520 Conversion Chain and Sprocket Kit

The Vortex CK6451 HFRS (Hyper Fast Racing Street) is a complete 520 conversion chain and sprocket kit designed to enhance acceleration and reduce drivetrain weight on street motorcycles. This performance upgrade kit features optimized gearing with one tooth down in the front sprocket (15T) and two teeth up in the rear sprocket (47T) compared to stock configurations, delivering noticeably improved throttle response and stronger acceleration out of corners.

Key Features:

• Complete kit includes steel front sprocket, laser-cut steel rear sprocket, and 520 RX3 chain
• 520 chain conversion reduces rotating mass compared to heavier 525 or 530 setups
• Laser-cut steel rear sprocket provides extended durability and wear resistance
• RX3 chain features advanced X-ring seals with dual lubrication pools for superior sealing and longevity
• Induction-hardened steel front sprocket with weight-reducing lightening holes
• Black finish provides corrosion resistance and clean aesthetics
• Gearing optimized for increased acceleration: 15T front / 47T rear

This conventional street kit is engineered for riders seeking a cost-effective performance upgrade that improves power delivery to the rear wheel. The 520 conversion reduces overall drivetrain weight by approximately 2+ pounds compared to OEM steel setups, freeing up horsepower and reducing gyroscopic forces for improved handling response. The precision-manufactured components ensure proper fitment and reliable performance for street riding applications.
