The product is fine and delivery time was ok. But I have been trying to contact customer service for a couple weeks now and have received no response back. I have a question about the product. I called and after being put on hold for 45 minutes by a customer service representative, I hung up and called again to find out that the office was then closed and my call had stayed on hold. Very very poor customer service.
