Rhino-Rack RVP46 Vortex RVP Black 2-Bar Roof Rack with Flush Rails

The Rhino-Rack RVP46 Vortex RVP Roof Rack is a complete 2-bar aerodynamic roof rack system engineered for vehicles equipped with factory fixed mounting points and flush side rails. Precision-molded legs attach directly to your vehicle's OEM mounting points, ensuring a secure, rattle-free fit with no drilling required.

The system features two Vortex Aero crossbars custom-cut to the exact length specified for your vehicle's roofline, delivering a clean, factory-integrated appearance with no crossbar overhang. Bars are constructed from structural-grade anodized aluminum with internal H-shaped extrusions that add rigidity while keeping overall weight low. The aluminum construction is rust-proof, making the rack suitable for year-round installation.

Key Features:

• Includes 2 Vortex Aero aluminum crossbars, 4 support legs, and fit kit hardware
• Custom vehicle-specific bar lengths — front bar: 926mm, rear bar: 878mm
• Rubberized Vortex strips in the top channel use wave-shaped grooves to disrupt airflow and minimize wind noise and whistling
• Built-in C-channel on each crossbar accepts channel-mounted accessories including bike racks, kayak carriers, ski holders, and more
• Integrated locks in each support leg secure both the rack and channel-mounted accessories against theft — Allen key storage compartment included in locking cover
• Glass-reinforced nylon legs are UV-treated to resist fading and cracking from long-term sun exposure
• Precision-molded insert cover pads included for a finished appearance
• Tested and approved to Australian Standard AS1235-2000
• Low and high leg profiles available

Whether you're hauling bikes, kayaks, skis, or cargo boxes, the Vortex RVP system provides a wide range of Rhino-Rack accessory compatibility and a sleek, low-profile look that complements your vehicle's styling.
