The Nitrous Express 63840-05 represents the next generation in crossbar nitrous plate technology. This complete 4150 single entry system features a revolutionary CNC-machined billet crossbar design that eliminates traditional round spray bars, delivering superior atomization and precise cylinder-to-cylinder distribution across 250-750 horsepower applications.

Billet Crossbar Plate Technology:

• CNC-machined billet aluminum construction for maximum durability
• Eliminates round spray bars that can sag, rotate, or disrupt airflow
• Optimized design ensures excellent fuel atomization and even distribution
• Direct 4150 flange fitment for popular performance manifolds

Complete System Includes:

• 5lb nitrous bottle with billet aluminum Lightning 45 valve
• Integrated dual gauge ports and 5/8-inch siphon tube
• Large .325-inch orifice with improved single 45-degree flow path
• Custom solenoid mounting bracket and billet aluminum Y-fittings
• Braided stainless steel solenoid-to-plate feed lines
• Nickel-plated fittings throughout for corrosion resistance
• Wide-open throttle activation switch and master arming switch
• 40-amp relay with complete wiring harness
• Jetting for 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 horsepower levels

The Lightning 45 bottle valve weighs nearly one full pound less than traditional brass valves while delivering superior flow characteristics. This RNC (race nitrous controller) compatible system provides everything needed for a professional nitrous installation on 4150-style intake manifolds.
