Exergy E04 10205 Sportsman CP3 Fuel Injection Pump LBZ-Based LLY Duramax

The Exergy E04 10205 Sportsman CP3 pump is designed for stock to 650+ horsepower applications, offering an affordable upgraded pump solution that won't require significant supporting modifications or tuning. This pump addresses common issues like rail pressure loss from worn CP3 pumps and provides a superior alternative to failed parts kit repairs.

• Higher flowing valves that last longer than stock
• DLC coated plungers that are less likely to score or seize
• Increased surface area to carry pumping loads
• Continues to increase flow with RPM beyond 3,000 RPM, unlike stock pumps which typically stop increasing flow at approximately 3,000 RPM

This LBZ-based pump features an LLY fuel pressure regulator for ease of tuning and should only be used on LLY applications. While a lift pump is not required, a fuel supply of 150 GPH at 8-10 psi per pump is recommended to achieve maximum pump performance.

This pump serves as a direct replacement for Bosch part numbers 0 445 020 030 and 0 986 437 308, as well as GM part number 97303762. No core charge or core return needed.
