Product Details

The Forney 61536 is a general purpose acid core solder designed for repair and maintenance applications where a self-fluxing solder is needed. This 1/8 inch diameter solder contains an integrated acid flux core that cleans and prepares metal surfaces during the soldering process, eliminating the need for separate flux application.

Key Features:

  • Acid core formula provides built-in cleaning action for improved solder flow and bonding
  • 1/8 inch diameter wire for easy handling and precise application
  • 4 ounce spool provides ample material for multiple repair projects
  • Ideal for galvanized metal, sheet metal, gutters, and general metal repairs
  • Lower melting point makes it suitable for electrical connections and delicate work

This acid core solder is perfect for plumbing repairs, gutter work, automotive repairs, and general metalworking projects where strong, reliable joints are required. The convenient spool format allows for easy storage and controlled feeding during use.

Very satisfied and very competitive price.

After looking for 3 months online (for a sale), Autoplicity was recommended by a guy on a forum. I knew exactly what air intake I wanted. I couldn't believe the REGULAR PRICE, I thought they were going to make most of it back on shipping. Nope. After all said and done I saved almost 40% compared to the other places I checked (even my mechanic ) . Definitely will be the first place I check when I need something for my truck. New part, big savings, it's a good day.

Seems to be what i need for the Escape 2010. Now we wait and see.

so far so good

great prices.

called to ask about fitment. first operator hung up on me after waiting 10 min on hold. called back and hector was able to help me with my order.

Just recieved my order and the pit jug and spout were perfect. The shipping was very fast and it was by far the best price I could get on these products. Autoplicity is great.
