The NGK Ruthenium HX spark plug represents the latest advancement in ignition technology for modern engines. Designed for newer engines which demand high ignitability, this premium spark plug delivers exceptional performance and longevity that surpasses conventional platinum and iridium plugs.

Advanced Ruthenium Technology:

The Double Fine Electrode (DFE) engineering promotes spark energy concentration and ignites a wider range of air/fuel ratios, providing a more complete fuel burn resulting in quicker throttle response, smoother idle and better cold starts. The 0.4mm ruthenium alloy fine-wire center electrode paired with a 0.8mm platinum fine-wire ground electrode ensures optimal spark efficiency and industry leading durability.
