Product Details

This replacement engine coolant thermostat housing is engineered to match the fit and durability of the stock thermostat housing on specified vehicles. Constructed from metal with a natural finish, this outer housing is designed as a direct-fit replacement for select Lexus and Toyota models.

Key Features:

  • Specifically designed to withstand extreme temperature changes and resist cracking and leaking
  • Features 3 mounting holes with 0.28-inch diameter
  • Outlet port diameter of 1.5 inches
  • Larger hole is threaded M16-1.50 (fine) for radiator fan switch sensor or coolant bleed plug
  • Three small holes align with M6-1.0 studs in the block
  • Offers original manufacturer quality at lower cost than dealer replacement

Note: This part matches the hole pattern of the plastic housing, but requires an additional o-ring gasket and water inlet extension pipe. The o-ring size is CS=3.5mm, ID=31mm (Toyota 96761-35031). Engineered by the aftermarket leader in replacement thermostat housings, this component provides reliable, cost-effective cooling system repair.
