Advanced Engine Design 5449X Accelerator Pump Needle Squirter Check Valve Set

The Advanced Engine Design 5449X Accelerator Pump Needle Squirter Check Valve set is a critical carburetor service component designed for Holley 4150, 4160, 2300, and 4500 series carburetors. This bulk service pack includes 10 needle check valves that install directly underneath the accelerator pump discharge nozzle (squirter).

Key Features:

• Functions as an anti-drain-back valve to retain fuel in the accelerator pump circuit
• Prevents fuel from siphoning back into the float bowl when engine is off
• Compatible with Holley 2300, 4150, 4160, and 4500 series carburetors
• Also fits Quick Fuel, AED, Demon, and other Holley-style carburetors
• Essential replacement part for carburetor rebuilds and maintenance

These needle check valves are located directly under the accelerator pump squirter nozzle and lift during pump operation to allow fuel delivery into the venturi. When the throttle closes, the needle drops back down to seal the passage and prevent fuel from draining back below the float level. Worn or stuck check valves can cause poor accelerator pump performance, hesitation, or fuel drainage issues. Advanced Engine Design bulk packs are ideal for professional carburetor builders, race teams, and high-volume service shops.
