Product Details

The Pioneer Automotive CA-8498 is a direct-fit replacement accelerator cable designed to restore proper throttle operation in your vehicle. Accelerator cables connect the foot pedal to the carburetor assembly, and over time these cables can bind, break, or become sluggish, affecting throttle response and performance.

Key Features:

  • Manufactured to OE specifications for precise fit and function
  • High tensile strength steel inner cable provides exceptional durability
  • Protective polymer housing shields the cable from debris and abrasion
  • Engineered to fit and function like the original part
  • Ensures smooth throttle operation and reliable performance

This replacement cable is built to restore factory-level operation and long-lasting reliability. When your original accelerator cable shows signs of wear or damage, replacing it with this quality Pioneer Automotive component ensures safe, responsive throttle control.

Site use was easy, and product shipped promptly after ordering. Price was the best I could find, would use this business again.

Lowest price on EBC brakes for my Subaru. Good speed on processing.

Ordered a CAI kit and Autoplicity had the lowest price. They're website didn't correctly match my vehicle to the product and it took a few days to ship. They're support was friendly and quick when I emailed them about the delay.

Best prices I found online.. processed same day and recieved same week..packaged great and works great.
