Product Details

The Genuine 000 460 02 84 is an OEM steering column lock vacuum valve designed for Mercedes-Benz vehicles equipped with vacuum-operated steering column lock systems. This shut-off valve controls the vacuum supply that engages and disengages the steering column locking mechanism, which is a critical anti-theft component that prevents the steering wheel from turning when the ignition is off.

Key Features:

  • Genuine Mercedes-Benz OEM part ensuring exact fit and performance
  • Controls vacuum pressure to steering column lock actuator
  • Direct replacement for worn or faulty vacuum valves
  • Helps prevent steering column lock malfunctions and warning messages
  • Precision-engineered to factory specifications

This vacuum valve is essential for proper operation of the steering column lock system. A faulty valve can result in steering lock errors, dashboard warning lights, or inability to start the vehicle. Replacing a failed vacuum valve with this genuine component restores proper steering column lock function and eliminates associated fault codes.

User friendly website! Found exactly what I needed!

So far so good..awaiting shipment

Did not get an email confirmation of the order. Actually I did get an email. It was in my spam. Could not mark any stars on the last question. Should be 5.

great fast very easy

This is the first time that I have ordered from Autoplicity and I will always search their site first when looking for aftermarket parts for my car. I bought an air oil separator that is normally 300 for 220! I ordered on monday and received it on thursday. I was shocked to receive it so fast. Great company and I will definitely buy from them again.
