Genuine 11127577568 Crankcase Vent Valve PCV

The Genuine 11127577568 Crankcase Vent Valve is an OEM replacement component designed to regulate positive crankcase ventilation in MINI Cooper engines. This factory-original part controls the flow of blow-by gases from the engine crankcase back into the intake manifold, where they are re-burned during the combustion process rather than vented to the atmosphere.

Key Features:

• Direct OEM replacement for part number 11127577568
• Spring-loaded valve design regulates crankcase pressure based on engine vacuum
• Helps prevent oil leaks, excessive oil consumption, and engine sludge buildup
• Reduces harmful emissions by recycling unburned hydrocarbons
• Protects engine seals and gaskets from excessive crankcase pressure
• Factory-quality construction ensures proper fit and long service life

The crankcase vent valve plays a critical role in engine health by maintaining balanced crankcase pressure and preventing moisture accumulation that can lead to premature engine wear. Common symptoms of a failing valve include rough idle, increased oil consumption, oil leaks from seals and gaskets, whistling or honking noises from the engine bay, and check engine lights with fuel trim codes. This genuine replacement valve ensures optimal engine performance and emissions compliance.
