Genuine 7L8 201 801B Vapor Canister for Audi Q7

The Genuine 7L8 201 801B is an OEM vapor canister designed for 2007-2015 Audi Q7 vehicles. This charcoal canister is a critical component of the vehicle's evaporative emissions control system (EVAP), capturing and storing fuel vapors from the fuel tank to prevent them from escaping into the atmosphere.

Key Features:

• Genuine Audi OEM part ensuring perfect fit and function
• Includes integrated leak detection pump for enhanced emissions monitoring
• Designed for 3.0L, 3.6L, and 4.2L engine applications
• Supersedes part numbers 7L8-201-801 and 7L8-201-802
• Factory-tested to meet strict emissions standards

When the EVAP canister fails, it typically triggers a check engine light and causes the vehicle to operate inefficiently while producing higher emissions. This genuine replacement part restores proper emissions system function and helps maintain optimal fuel efficiency. The canister uses activated charcoal to absorb fuel vapors, which are then purged back into the engine during normal operation.
