Very, very satisfied. I searched at all the major appliance parts suppliers to no avail. I needed a small crisper drawer for an Amana refrigerator. So many "no longer available" messages. Autoplicity had it and in stock. Price lower than I expected to pay and great delivery. EVERY PAYMENT OPTION you can think of. I recommend Autoplicity very highly. It will be the first place I look next time I need an applicance part.

Proceed??????? It says PROCEED not confirm. NO option to enter a coupon code!!!!!!!!!! I had a coupon code for 35% shipping. NOT HAPPY!!

My order had a delay. I believe this was due to the fact that it was shipping from the manufacturer so I can't really blame Autoplicity. The customer service team did not originally respond to my first e-mail, but they did respond to me once I opened a dispute in PayPal and the issue was resolved. I couldn't find a better price on the part I ordered though (or anything remotely near that price for that matter).
