Product Details

The Vintage Air 347980-VUR is a -8 AN E-Z Clip cage designed for use with Vintage Air's innovative E-Z Clip refrigerant hose assembly system. This cage is a critical component that ensures reliable and safe connections in custom air conditioning installations.

Key Features:

  • Fits -8 AN size refrigerant hose and fittings
  • Constructed from durable steel with natural finish
  • Snaps securely into the cage groove of corresponding -8 size fittings
  • Compatible with Aeroquip Multi-Refrigerant Hose Series FBZ0600, FBZ0800, and FBZ1000
  • Ensures proper installation, safety, and function in A/C systems
  • Sold individually

Installation Note: Each E-Z Clip hose end fitting connection requires one cage and two cage clips (sold separately as part number 347982-VUR). The cage presses over the hose and into the recessed groove on the fitting, while the clips secure it in place for a leak-free connection.

This component is part of Vintage Air's comprehensive E-Z Clip system, which allows DIY enthusiasts and professionals to complete refrigerant line fabrication, routing, and assembly in their own garage without specialized equipment.

fine so far

Just received my order! I placed the order Sunday night and received it on Tuesday, super fast shipping! The SS vent caps look great and arrived in perfect condition. Thanks!

Very nice people very considerate and helpful plus the price was nice

Great price on product sold out at my "regular" place. My only negative was that I didn't get info to track the package or know when it would be delivered -- until AFTER it had been delivered. But that's not such a bad thing; it was a nice surprise when it showed up! I'll be recommending you to friends.

Return customer with a few more future purchases in mind...best price plus quick shipping means these guys are just that good!

Very smooth ordering and processing. Great communications.
