Genuine 33129-SJK-003 HID Headlight Ballast Igniter

The Genuine 33129-SJK-003 is an OEM high intensity discharge (HID) headlight ballast igniter designed as a direct replacement component for xenon headlight systems. This factory-engineered control module is responsible for generating the high-voltage pulse required to ignite the HID bulb and establish the initial arc that produces bright, white xenon light output.

Key Features:

• Factory OEM part manufactured to original equipment specifications
• Generates high-voltage ignition pulse to start HID xenon bulbs
• Direct replacement for worn or failed igniter components
• Also referred to as HID igniter or headlight igniter
• Ensures reliable starting and consistent headlight performance
• Backed by manufacturer's minimum 12-month warranty

When an HID igniter fails, symptoms include headlights that flicker, fail to turn on, or produce inconsistent lighting. This genuine replacement part restores proper function to factory xenon headlight systems, providing the precise voltage regulation needed for safe nighttime driving. The igniter works in conjunction with the HID ballast to control lamp current and maintain optimal light output once the arc is established.
