Wiseco W6320 Sport Compact MLS Cylinder Head Gasket 100mm x .040"

The Wiseco W6320 is a Sport Compact Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket engineered for high-performance and power-adder applications. Featuring a 100mm bore diameter and 0.040" compressed thickness with a 3-layer steel laminate construction, this head gasket is built to maintain a reliable seal where standard gaskets fail. Sold individually — most applications require a quantity of two.

Key Features:

• Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) Design: High-pressure steel laminate construction withstands extreme shear forces generated between aluminum cylinder heads and iron engine blocks
• Internal Embossments: Heat-activated embossments expand under operating temperatures to form a progressively tighter seal as combustion pressures rise
• Power-Adder Ready: Engineered to handle the elevated pressures and temperatures produced by turbocharged, supercharged, and nitrous oxide applications
• Precision Fit: Manufactured to exact specifications to minimize leak risk and maximize combustion efficiency
• Bore Diameter: 100mm
• Compressed Thickness: 0.040"
• Number of Layers: 3

Wiseco's MLS head gaskets are a proven upgrade for performance engine builds, providing the durability and sealing integrity required in high-compression, forced induction, and race-built engines. Each gasket is sourced and validated in-house to ensure compatibility with Wiseco pistons and other high-performance components.
