Product Details

The Davico 19601 direct fit catalytic converter is a 3-way replacement for a failed, damaged or missing original equipment (OE) catalytic converter. Davico designs its exact-fit converters from OE sample parts so they fit and function like the original. They use an emissions-reducing catalyst made for current OBDII vehicles.

Key Features:

  • Direct fit design that installs with basic tools
  • 3-way converter style
  • Aluminized steel construction
  • Overall length: 17 inches
  • Weight: approximately 6 lbs
  • Gaskets are included when required for the application
  • Made by Davico Manufacturing, an exhaust and catalytic converter manufacturer founded in 1987 in New Bedford, Massachusetts

Before you install a replacement converter, find and fix the problem that caused the original to fail. Carbon and soot buildup, a failing oxygen sensor or other engine management faults can shorten the life of a new converter. Use new gaskets and do not use liquid or RTV sealers near the converter or oxygen sensor ports.

I RECEIVED GREAT SERVICE WITH AUTOPLICITY. THERE WAS AN ITEM ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT SAID OUT OF STOCK SO I CALLED AND ASKED WHEN THEY WOULD BE GETTING MORE AND THEY GUY WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFULL. NOT TOO MENTION THE PRICE WAS WAY BELOW THEIR COMPETITORS. I WOULD RECOMMENT AUTOPLICITY TO ANYONE AND I WILL CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
