Product Details

The Gates 90K-38270 Complete Serpentine Belt Drive Component Kit provides everything needed to fully restore the accessory belt drive system in one convenient, pre-packaged kit. Designed as a comprehensive serpentine belt kit, it eliminates the guesswork of sourcing individual components separately.

Kit Contents:

  • Serpentine Belt – Gates Micro-V belt (Part No. K061120) with premium EPDM construction; 112.56 in. (2,859 mm) outside circumference, 20 mm top width
  • DriveAlign Tensioner Assembly – OE-equivalent tensioner (Part No. 38270)
  • Idler Pulley – Included as required per system (Part No. 38015)
  • Hardware & Installation Instructions – Necessary hardware, installation guide, and tech tips included

Key Features:

  • Meets or exceeds OEM standards in form, fit, and function
  • Premium EPDM belt construction for long-lasting durability and performance
  • Complete system replacement reduces the risk of premature belt or component failure
  • Backed by Gates' lifetime parts and labor warranty when installed by a certified shop
  • Interchange part number: 90K-38270A

Replacing the tensioner and idler pulley at the same time as the serpentine belt is critical — worn pulleys and tensioners accelerate belt wear and can lead to unexpected accessory drive failure. The Gates 90K-38270 serpentine belt kit makes it easy to service the entire drive system in a single repair, saving time and preventing future issues.
