Gates 90K-38501HDD FleetRunner Heavy-Duty Serpentine Belt Drive Component Kit

The Gates 90K-38501HDD FleetRunner Heavy-Duty Serpentine Belt Drive Component Kit is engineered to meet the extreme demands of commercial truck applications. This complete system solution provides everything needed to restore the entire serpentine belt drive system in a single convenient package, eliminating the need to source individual components.

Complete Kit Includes:

• Application-specific FleetRunner heavy-duty Micro-V serpentine belt(s) with premium EPDM construction
• FleetRunner heavy-duty automatic belt drive tensioner
• Idler pulleys as required for the specific application
• Hardware and installation instructions (where applicable)

FleetRunner Heavy-Duty Engineering:

• Designed to handle high mileage, extended idle times, and extreme temperatures in abusive environments
• Engineered to exceed demanding OEM requirements for commercial truck applications
• Laboratory-tested to last up to 3X longer than competitive aftermarket tensioners under extreme peak-to-peak vibration and contamination conditions
• Meets or exceeds OE standards in form, function, and fit

Replacing the entire serpentine drive system together—belt, tensioner, and pulleys—extends component life and prevents premature failure. Neglecting to replace the tensioner and pulleys at the same time as the belt can significantly shorten the life of the new belt and other front-end accessory components. This complete system approach extends preventive maintenance schedules, reduces fleet downtime, and eliminates costly comebacks.
