Product Details

The Undercover Armor Flex is a premium hard tri-folding tonneau cover engineered to deliver exceptional strength, weather protection, and sleek styling for your truck bed. This heavy-duty cover combines lightweight aluminum panel construction with a durable LINE-X specialty automotive coating for superior protection against dents, scratches, and extreme weather conditions.

Key Features:

  • LINE-X Coated Aluminum Panels: Aircraft-grade aluminum panels with premium LINE-X coating provide advanced protection from impacts, abrasions, and scuffs while maintaining a stylish matte black textured finish
  • 400 lb Load Capacity: Engineered to support up to 400 pounds of evenly distributed cargo on top of the closed cover
  • Low-Profile Design: Sits nearly flush with the bed rails for a seamless, integrated appearance that enhances your truck's style
  • Dual-Action Tailgate Seal: Unique design allows you to open and close your tailgate with the cover up or down—no need to unlatch the cover for tailgate operation
  • Superior Weather Protection: EPDM rubber seals and integrated drain tubes keep moisture, rain, and snow out of your truck bed
  • Quick Access: Easy-release latch system allows you to fold panels toward the cab for partial or full bed access with integrated safety straps and prop rods
  • No-Drill Installation: Simple clamp-on mounting system requires no drilling and installs quickly with basic hand tools

Proudly made in the USA and backed by a comprehensive 5-year warranty covering structure, hinges, seals, and hardware. The Armor Flex offers the perfect balance of security, functionality, and rugged style for truck owners who demand the best.
