Namura Technologies FX10041K Forged Top-End Repair Kit Standard Bore 76.80mm

The Namura Technologies FX10041K is a complete forged top-end repair kit featuring a standard bore piston size of 76.80mm and a high 13.2:1 compression ratio. Engineered for powersports engines, this all-in-one kit delivers everything needed to restore top-end performance in a single package.

Namura's forged pistons feature a hard-anodized crown with a hardness of HRB 105, along with MOS2 (Teflon/Molybdenum) coated skirts applied via a rolled-on process that bonds 10 times stronger than spray-on coatings. The machined smooth piston crown reflects combustion heat and reduces carbon buildup, while the coating draws heat away from the piston walls to help eliminate cold seizures and reduce friction.

Kit Includes:

• Forged piston (76.80mm standard bore)
• Piston rings
• Wrist pin
• Wrist pin clips
• Top-end needle bearing
• Complete top-end gasket kit

Gasket Quality: Namura gaskets are manufactured to OE specifications — no trimming or fitment issues. Materials are selected for temperature, oil, fuel, and coolant resistance, and tested to ASTM standards. Each gasket set is evaluated against rigid quality-control standards to meet or exceed OE performance.

The FX10041K delivers a higher-performance forged piston solution without a higher price, making it the smart choice for any top-end rebuild.
