Cylinder Works 10010K01HC Standard Bore High Compression Cylinder Kit Honda CRF450R CRF450RX

The Cylinder Works 10010K01HC Standard Bore High Compression Cylinder Kit delivers OEM-quality performance and reliability for Honda CRF450R and CRF450RX models. This complete, ready-to-install cylinder kit features a direct bolt-on design that requires no re-plating and provides a factory-fit appearance virtually identical to original equipment.

Key Features:

• Nickel Silicon Carbide (NSC) plating for exceptional wear resistance and extended cylinder life
• Matched Vertex piston engineered specifically for this cylinder to ensure optimal performance, longevity, and reduced engine noise
• High compression design for improved power delivery and throttle response
• Direct OEM replacement—no machining, boring, or special modifications required
• Complete kit includes cylinder, piston, rings, wrist pin, circlips, and all necessary gaskets

Cylinder Works manufactures each cylinder to exacting specifications using premium materials and advanced plating technology. The NSC coating provides a harder, more durable surface than traditional nickel plating, resulting in better ring seal, reduced friction, and longer service intervals. The included Vertex piston is precisely matched to the cylinder bore for optimal clearances and reliable performance under demanding riding conditions.
