Great Price and fast ordering

hope product is as nice as portrayed

Easy to use online experience, we'll see how it goes from here.

Fast and easy

The web form for selecting the Bill to and Ship to addresses is terrible. When I hit the proceed button to go to the confirmation stage, the website said that the addresses did not match the credit card, so the Autoplicity process failed. However, I received an alert from my credit card that it had been charged. And it charged again once I figured out how to use the un-intuitive Autoplicity form. Please do not charge my credit card twice. Also, the site said that the parts were in stock. I ordered the part on Tuesday and received the confirmation that I would be notified when the parts shipped. On Friday, I had not received a shipping confirmation, so I called customer support. They said that the part shipped on Thursday and had to manually send a shipment confirmation email to me.
